Dexter Seasons 1-3 BR & DVD - Amazon Gold Box DotD - Back!

Damnit Amazon! Not sure I can resist biting on these blus, I really don't need to spend more money at the moment, haha
 
Exceptional series, good AV, but really shitty treatment of special features. On the first season dvd set there are some special features listed on the back which aren't on the disc. On the blu-rays almost all the special features are supposed to be on Blu-ray live, but aren't.

So if you are buying them because you have seen the series and want to look at the special features, buyer beware. If you are buying them for the quality of the series alone, then this is about the cheapest they have ever been.
 
jumped on this, best show on tv hands down. Been wanting on blu for a while and this is just too good to pass up. Dexter 4 Life
 
Eh. They are usually around $12-14 from Nov to Feb specials. Lent out my S2 and never got it back, going wait for another $12 special.

I have a similar predicament. Only need seasons 1 and 2. Might still splurge on it since Dexter is such an awesome show.
 
This is my favorite show thats still on television. I think this is a great price. If I hadn't already watched the series 4 times, I'd definitely buy.

If you haven't seen this show before, buy it!

the dvds maybe not the blu-rays, the blu-rays have NEVER been 12-14 or even close to that.
 
Argh, I want to pull the trigger but I can't. Hopefully the Blus will come around even cheaper on BF.

I am not in the Lost finale was horrible camp, so I still have Lost as my #1. Breaking Bad might overtake both though. That show is epic. I've heard Dexter is great too. Just did the blind buy of the blu-rays.

I think I am going to have to bite. I have a $5 off promo code from my magazine sub purchases of Nintendo Power & OXM.

EDIT: Bit. Gotta love amazon prime too. :D Going to have it just in time for an upcoming lazy ass Sunday :D

That's exactly why I'm not getting these. I can justify the BSG purchase, but not BSG and Dexter in such a short amount of time.

Dexter is pretty damn good - you won't be disappointed. Breaking Bad is pretty great, but The Wire is still my favorite TV series of all time, despite the disappointing last season. You should grab BSG if you haven't seen it - especially if you like those other shows. It's surprising how many good shows have been produced lately, despite the overabundance of crappy reality TV.

My guess is it is just the 3 seasons shrink-wrapped together, that's what happened when I bought an Amazon 3-pack HD-DVD bundle of the Bourne Trilogy.

BSG is in my top 5 Drama shows for sure. That was pretty epic as well.
 
i wish they would just put S1-3 singles on deal so i can get 1-2 and people who dont have 1-3 can get all 3 because i don't need S3 :bomb:
