Disgaea2 $29.99 30% off @ BB. Buy?

I walked into BestBuy today hoping to pick up a copy of Warhawk. They had a bin sitting by the enterance with games marked "Summer Sale: 30% off." They had about 8 copies of Disgaea 2 along with some other games for like $20-$30.
The prices were stickers, so I'm assuming that's the full price and then you get 30% off. So....Should I buy it? I really liked Disgaea 1 and I found out they're making a third one (JP website opens up Sept 21st).

theres a few copies over @my bestbuy for $25 .......
 
I think you can get it cheaper @ Kmart right now with their 30% off, though I'm not 100% sure what the price is. I know the last time I checked it, it was $25 or so. So, I guess that'd make it about $17 and change with the 30% off, assuming it's still going on.
