I can confirm 100% that the TvC stick works with TTT2. Only thing is the customize character menu has parts to it that requires the Wii-U gamepad because your doing actual drawing. Then again that has nothing to do with the actual gameplay or gameplay modes, just some pointless graphical changes.
So yeah it works great.
