Play Morrowind? If so, is it any fun? A friend of mine has it, and I kinda liked it when I played, but is it good in the long run?

Morrowind is an excellent game, and very highly rated, just like its sequel, Oblivion on X360/PS3/PC, is.
It's a fun RPG, although it's slow to start (walking speed is a stat you actually develop), the world opens up enormously with tons of quests and content. It's easily the best RPG on the original Xbox (yes, better than KOTOR in my view). It's one of the few RPGs I've ever played that once I got into it, it was hard to put down and I often found myself playing it late into the night. It will easily last you 50 hours, more than a 100 if you try to do every quest.
Look for the Game of the Year edition, it contains both PC expansion packs. However, be warned it does occasionally have save game issues, so save often in different game slots.

I had a copy last year, but ended up trading it to a CAG. I never really got into it, but at the same time I didn't have any time to play. I'll get another copy eventually.
