Does this sound like a scam?

I've got a guy wanting to sell me an IPod - Here's how he wants me to pay:

Thanks for the mail,ok for trust get back to us with your full name and shipping address,we will package and labell the ipods ready for shipment,then you will go and make the payment send us the full name and mtcn(money transfer control number)then keep the payment password which is the secret question,we need that so that we can confirm the payment online,so we will use the part infoirmation to check the payment status online.

As soon as we confirm that you have made the payment we will ship the package to you and we give you your tracking number so when you get the package delivered to your doorstep,you can then send us the rest information so that we can go and get the payment. ----

If it sounds like a scam (and this does), it almost always is. Tell them to ship you the ipod, put it in a see through case with a padlock, and when you receive the case and see that you have the ipod, you can send payment, and they can send the combination to the lock...if they won't do it giving you an unfair advantace, you shouldn't do it the other way.

The guy doesn't even speak proper English. If you're going to scam people, at least make it look authentic.

This is for sure a scam. I have also seen similar to this and it turned out to be a scam.
