So Amazon apparently has a reprint of Dragon Quest V (A game I always wanted but didn't want to pay outrageous eBay prices for a new copy) which they began selling at $39.99 then they had it for $19.99 as a Lightning deal which sadly I missed out on.

Now they marked it down to $29.99 for about a week now and they have over 999 copies in stock. My question is do you think I should get it now at $29.99 or do you think that they will have it for $19.99 again some time soon. I don't wanna miss out on this game again but I'd really rather pay $20

Well, I'm a cheap gamer, i try n get games on the cheap side,, I managed to get the lightning deal @ 20$ Otherwise i wouldn't of bought it, Personally not my type of game but at the price i couldn't resist, Now If they have a stock of 999x I would assume they will have another lightning deal.

They might not have a lightening deal but it's pretty clear that any rarity value the game had is completely gone. I'm sure they'll keep dropping it.. sooner or later.

I still had a sealed copy that I was sitting on trying to decide if I should sell or keep with the rest of my DQ collection (4-6, 8, 9). The reprint thankfully took the decision out of my hands. Sure I could be mad that I lost some value but now I can play it without that worry. Now let's get that 1-3 collection and 10 over here for the Wii and I'll be set. 7? No thanks, I'd rather not play a 100+ hour game.
