We're lucky. When they released this in Japan, you first had to find maps that led you to maps of where the batteries are located.

In all seriousness, I think that the new SP looks very cool. If I wasn't happy with my Glacier GBA, I'd get it...

Square Enix and Nintendo will team up for a Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories bundle featuring a copy of the game and a specially colored Game Boy Advance SP units, reports out of Japan reveal today. Further details have yet to be revealed.

This news comes as no surprise as many Square Enix games (in particular, ones stemming from the Square side of the company) have seen special GBA SP units which were quick to sell out and appear on Ebay at equally special prices. Expect a similar pattern when Kingdom Hearts sees Japanese release on 11/11.

Actually, Nintendo is releasing a total BREAKTHROUGH! Imagine this- playing DIFFERENT games on a FULLY PORTABLE system!!! Just pop out one and put in another! Rad!! :shock:

All corny jokes aside, I already have a Gold GBA SP. If you were here during last year's Black Friday sales, you would remember that Amazon had a deal where you could buy a Gold GBA SP, along with Super Mario Advance 4 and a coupon for free headphones, all for $100.

Hey, I like that SP. However, wouldn't it be stupid to buy it b.c the DS is coming out very soon? Of course, unless you just want to wait till DS price drop.
