DS will deput with Mario 64?
First, the PSP is NOT supposed to be equivalent to PS1. It will have graphical capabilities closer to PS2 quality.
My last post just went right over your head, didn't it?

Why won't people understand? Technology is not a hard topic to grasp!

The potential specs that sony released would be only enough to port simple PS1 games.

NOBODY FROM SONY EVER SAID OR EVEN INSINUATED THAT THE PSP WOULD BE EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO BEING AS "POWERFUL" AS THE PS2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111111!!!!!!!!!!11111111111

I can't believe so many people are stupid enough to trust spong. It's spong people! the're right about things 0% of the time.

it's just supermoron scrubking trying to stir up stuff.

Seriously, i wouldn't be surprised if he was the one behind that joke of a site called sp0ng.

First, the PSP is NOT supposed to be equivalent to PS1. It will have graphical capabilities closer to PS2 quality. You have to also remember, a port of SOCOM Navy Seals was reported to be in development for the PSP as a potential launch game.

That proves absolutely nothing.

Its a lie, there is no truth or even rumor to back it up.

He is just one of those fanboys who lies for reasons I don't know about.

Look, Quackzilla, if you're going to call me a fanboy or whatever so you can feel like you're right, that's fine. But, so you know, I'm certainly not sitting in Sony's camp, I'm not planning on buying a PSP anytime soon...I'd be more likely to get a Nintendo DS first. I'm just restating what I have read to be true, and posted articles from where I received this information that I know to be fairly reliable. However, you have provided no proof to your opinion, just a poorly mapped out diagram of what you feel will be the graphical power based on what you think.
So keep thinking...whatever you want to think. I don't see you providing any backing to any statements you have made.

No, you post bullshit which every nerd on the entire planet knows is false and just plain stupid.

And scrub, gamefaqs is for people like you. Rumour spreaders and blind fanboys.

I am not real up on all the specs but everything SONY has put out referring to the PSP seems like total garbage to me. The hardware and the philosophy don't add up(sony want to make money on the hardware)

if they came out with m64 and zoot they would get alot of people buy it. I think it would be great bringing all those warm mario 64 memories on the road with me.
