Dual Shock 3 under $45?

With MGS4 coming out next week I want a dual shock, but don't want to spend $50 on one. Anyone know the best price either B&M or online to get one? I'm shooting for $40 but thats probably pushing it.

edit: I am aware of buy.com with GCO but I can't use GCO anymore.
