I searched but couldn't find a thread (or any mention) for this upcoming game for PSN (and Xbox Live Arcade). It looks like a fantastic tower defense game with some hack'n'slash and RPG elements and 4-player multiplayer (local or online). I really love the art style, too.

I haven't played a lot of tower defense games but I really enjoyed Ninja Town and I also enjoyed Plants vs Zombies, though somewhat less. I also had fun playing PJ Monsters with my wife, so I'm really looking forward to the co-op aspect of this.

Edit: After reading a bit more, I guess this game was created to show off rapid development using the Unreal Dev Kit, and you can download it for free for PC here: http://www.udk.com/showcase-dungeon-defense. However, if they add more levels/features and it's pretty cheap I'd still buy it for the PSN.

Played the UDK demo until wave 11 when it made my laptop cry in agony over the mass amount of enemies. Will definitely buy it for PS3 when it releases.

Def Check out the UDK demo in the OP. Freakin awesome stuff.
 
Bump - so this game FINALLY comes out this week for PSN, only a year and a half after the OP. I am still planning to pick it up, though might not happen for a little while since all my game time is going to Dark Souls right now.
