Easter Egg Zombies in Darksiders?

I found 2 of these talking zombies while backtracking today. One in the tomb you open, and another by the Ulthane battle. Anyone know if they unlock something? They're pretty tough... for a zombie anyways, and they have a tophat and a cane.

Maybe they unlock something badass?

Found another.... and it seems as if it's the same zombie, because he jumps into his large tophat instead of dying. Anyone know what's up?
