Easy Achievement 360 Games

The sport games like Madden and NBA. I know some people that just go out and rent these type of games just to get the achievements. I don't know why bragging rights is so important to some people.
Madden 07 fixed the retarded easy achievements, you want 06
Did it? I simmed 5 seasons and got 200 points. Most people I know who simmed all 30 got 695 gamerpoints

Any of the 2K games. With College/NBA you can get all 1000 pts in 1 game. NHL takes 2 games. King Kong is another easy one (use cheat codes), along with Prey (you cant die, doesnt get much easier than that).

If you want really easy achievement points, get X-Sata. You can download saves off the internet onto your harddrive, most saves are right before where the achievements are unlocked.

Artifically inflating your gamer score is stupid. I don't even look at gamer scores when I want to feel superior to my friends. I just look at individual game's scores and take pleasure in what I've accomplished that they haven't. I'm not going to waste time and money on a shitty game just so I can raise some arbitrary number.

I was obsessed with raising my gamerscore for like 1 week before I realized this :)

Kinda pointless and made playing some games more like a chore, now I just play for fun

NBA 2K6 was pretty easy. I just set up exhibition games, with the goal of reaching one achievement per game. At about 250 points each, it was a good way to get a boost.

There are quite a few games that give you points each level you beat -- Tomb Raider, Condemned and King Kong come to mind.

Also, some games hook you up early with less substantial achievements, perhaps to get you to try them out. GR:AW and Call of Duty 2 both reward you for beating the tutorial. I got 75 points in about an hour and a half with Top Spin 2 last night by winning one exhibition match, one career match, and a career tournament (3 games). I at first only played it for the achievements, but it's actually a pretty fun game.

On the other side, I'm finding Bejeweled 2 to be a bitch to get Achievements in. I've logged in over 17 hours and haven't gotten a single one. I wouldn't recommend XBLA games for upping your score, as they only have 200 points max, and many of the 20-pointers require a large time commitment.

Yup, 07 is much easier, albeit more time-consuming to get achievements. There are only two, I believe, that actually require you to play a game.

NBA 2K6 was by far the easiest. When I first got it I started an exhibition game, played maybe 2 minutes into it to get a general feel for the game and quit. The game awarded me four of the five achievements.

Dead Rising has some easy achievements as well, but you're only given 20 points for each one.

that was a glitch that happened after a patch

Odd. I was playing with a friend the other day, and we ended up getting all these bugged-out user ID milestones, like 100 points with one player or 20 blocks with one guy. The weird thing was, we were like 2 minutes into the game. I only had one achievement left to get at the time, but when I quit playing it had been satisfied. I haven't looked at my in-game crib points or whatever since playing.

Condemned: Criminal Origins, The ElderScrolls IV: Oblivion, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and Need For Speed Most Wanted.

Easy as cake.

It's not hard to get the points in King Kong. It's an eight hour game and you get all the points with one play through.

Agreed this is why I'm only at 3,000 or so. I don't even know the what number I'm at.

Gamer Scores are VERY important to alot of people. While some people play crappy games to get a higher score, you can obviously see that be looking at there profile. But some games, like Kong Kong, have easy achiements, but some people actually LIKE that game.

I will go out of my way in a game to get an achiement. Its an awesome idea and its working.

heh, I've had my 360 a few days shy of 6 months, with only 6 games, yet my score is a measly 280. It only went up from 270 when I perfected a bonus round in SF:HF. Before that, it'd probably been months since it had gone up.

Their not that important to me really, but I would like to bump it up a little. I just hate the fact that some people are such assholes that they'll boot you out of a room if you have a low gamerscore.

Don't get me wrong, I think the achievments system is great. I do try to get all the achievments in a game that I can, and spend much more time with games than I probably would have without it. It's a nice incentive to keep playing.

It's just the total sum of achievments, the gamerscore, is meaningless because there is no real skill value attached to it.

It's funny the effect that the Gamerscore has had on me. If I get bored with the games I have, which happens quite frequently, I'll go out and buy a game that I'm only mildly interested in just to get a few more points. Case in point, Table Tennis. Though that's turning out to be quite fun. Condemned, on the other hand, just scares the piss out of me, so I doubt I'll be playing that again anytime soon.

Are you serious? I didn't know people were doing this. I am someone that admittedly would like a high gamerscore but I actually play through the games to get them. I was wondering how these people were getting ridiculously high scores and though it may seem kind of lame to some people who don't care about gamerscore, I respected them because I thought they put in the hours and work to play these games. This changes my whole outlook of people with the gamerscores in the 30,000 & 40,000's.

I thought game saves are also attached to your gamer profile.
So how would this work?

When playing Bomberman Act: Zero (was reviewing it and didn't pay for it), I noticed the top-ranked guy -- some dude from Spain or something -- had over 60,000 gamer points. It blew me away. I mean, I have probably 40 boxed (1,000 points) 360 games; if I got all achievements on all of them, I still wouldn't be close to his total. A lot of games were obviously Euro only and Japanese imports.

My buddy Reiner (a former Game Informer co-worker) currently has about 17,400 points, and I know they're all legit. That guys lives games 24/7. Funny thing is, he's mostly been playing FF XI, and doesn't have any achievements for it -- I'm not sure if they're even possible in the game or not.

Apparently, there are acheivements for this game:

too bad they're impossible it takes a couple months to get to level 75 with one class let alone every class

plus all the other ones are hard to get too

I still care somewhat about gamerscore... If I'm almost done and have almost all the achievements for the game I'll defintely finish it out... although I used to be addicted to it, my score has been in the 19000's for about 2 months now... anyway if you want easy achievement points, play all 2k games, all EA 06 sports games, and X-Men the Official Game

Hi.

Simple question...I did search and found one thread from a while ago so I wanted to ask again...what are some 360 games that have easy achievements?

I've heard about Eragon, King Kong, X-men...any others?

No I'm NOT one of those achievement lovers...I just want to rack up a few easy achievements and boost my score above 1000 since I don't have a lot of game playing time. :(

Thanks!

Bioshock was pretty easy. I don't have them all, but you can get 900 in a few days if you play on easy. I played on normal, and the last 100 are for hard mode.

Fusion Frenzy 2
NBA 2k6
NBA live 06
Madden 06
TMNT
Surfs up
Fight Night round 3
Open Season
College Hoops 2k6

just some games off the top of my head...go to Acheive360points.com and they have tons of info for acheivements

Actually, only 40 points are for hard. Everything else can be earned on any difficulty.

King Kong is very easy to get 1000 points. All you have to do is beat the game which takes a few hours and you can even use the unlimited ammo and invincibility cheats. I also have it for trade. [/shameless plug]

madden 08 is ridiculously easy to get also. a lot of people say viva pinata..but, i haven't played it enough to confirm. i think there's a thread about this though.

The earlier sports games are incredibly easy... that's the best place to start.

Kameo comes to mind as well (very enjoyable)...

A few that I don't think have been posted yet (only skimmed the thread)

Superman Returns
FIFA: Road to the World Cup
History Channel:Civil War (playing this at the mo, points seem pretty easy)
Dirt (again, the points seem easy so far)
NFS: Most Wanted

I find it interesting that they suggest that you don't rush for achievements in some games ( like Oblivion ). It just shows that they have somewhat respect for the actual games rather than just the points.

Pirates of the Caribbean : At World's End
Shrek the Third
Fantastic Four : Rise of the Silver Surfer
TMNT

All all incredibly easy ... and not much fun ...

I'm currently on my 12th hour of Dirt, about to finish career, and it's starting to get boring. Definitely easy, per se, but boring nonetheless.

Don't forget Eragon!

That x360a easy thread is awesome for reference, it's constantly changed.

Gun was one of my favorite games of recent memory, it's a horrendously easy 1000!

Another easy one that hasn't been mentioned and isn't on either of these Gamspot lists is Tomb Raider: Legend. 8-10 hours for all of them.

Kameo has a [potential] big glitch though. It was (at time of release) notorious for not always unlocking one of the biggest pointers - 'Beaten Thorn'(100 pts), which meant replaying the whole game since he is the final boss. You can't go back and reload a save either to fight him again. Like I said, this was at the time of release. Not sure if there were ever any patches to fix it.

I'm not so sure about easy. The game may not be difficult, but man! What a fucking drag! Longest 8 hour game ever! The hardest part is not turning off the game after 20 minutes.

Bionicle Heroes gives them out in spades. I've heard the same for most kid-centric licensed games.

I'd have to disagree about NFS: Most Wanted. They're spread pretty far apart and they increase in value as the challenge increases. Those last couple races were insane (30 minute chases).

Great! Thanks for the feedback guys! :)

And right now I'm playing Eragon which I got from GS for just $10. I agree with the reviews -- I don't see much if any replay value but so far I'm enjoying it -- it's a good LoTR type fantasy/magic game (which I love) and the visuals and music are good too. If you can grab it for a few $, I'd recommend it.
