EB shows guaranteed street date delivery of halo 3 if you order with overnight shipping. But it says Fine print: Void if you are unable to accept delivery. Does that mean someone would have to be there to sign for it? Do you know if they ship with UPS or FedEx? I'd love to order from there as long as I don't have to be home to sign for it.

I agree- which of course means if your delivery guy just doesn't feel like knocking, sucks to be you.
I never count on any guarantees for delivery dates... to many things to screw it up.

See, I prefer the old 'go to the store and grab a copy' routine, so I'm almost certainly guaranteed to get whatever game I want, if I happen to want it on release date.
But, I know many prefer to order online and hope like hell the delivery people don't bang up the package too much en route, not to say that they don't bang the packages up before they reach the stores either.
