I'm selling my newly refurbished 360 (manufacture date: 5-23-09), with a 120GB HDD. Before selling it, I transferred all of my DRM over to it and redownloaded everything, so it includes over 100 games. Most of them are XBLA games, but I also included GTA4 on disc (with the Lost and the Damned) and Rock Band 2 on disc with 345 songs. That's a good question. Right now, it's at a good price for just the system itself, but with all the Rock Band DLC and games that come with it... more. Remember that it's a fresh refurb from MS, so it's even newer than many new systems you'd buy.
