eBay saves the day yet again.
nice deal, kinda high shipping for what looks like first class tho
Nah, $4 isn't bad. It isn't great, but not a total ripoff.

I always just factor shipping into the total price, unless it's outrageous. Some people have $16 for priority shipping for one game. Is that enough to report someone to ebay for having an outrageously high shipping price? Cuz I emailed the guy and said hey I see your shipping is pretty high, if you could... I'll win the auction but I'd like for you to send it out media mail with a DC confirmation. It won't cost you more than $3.. And he replied no sorry $16... Pissed me off to say the least.

yeah, shipping kills a lot of ebay deals - I was looking for R&C2 and a used copy is going for over $10 plus $5 in shipping costs for most auctions. I can get it for $15 brand new at BB every day... I'm also not sure why people bid higher than retail for lots of stuff...

That's an easy one. Because they are morons. I always refer to the example of people gladly paying $30+ (before shipping at that) for a GH version of Ace Combat 4 not long ago.

I reported someone for $15 shipping on a Dreamcast game, and the item was delisted. About a week later, the item was relisted with $5 shipping.

I once saw a listing for an Xbox game that was 1 cent. I think the seller was using BuyItNow but then the shipping charge was $49.99. I don't think he gave a specific location either. Perhaps they were afraid someone would offer to pick up the game and save him all that shipping/HANDLING cost.

"Yeah, I live in the area. Can I drop by after work and leave you your penny? It would save you a trip to the post office." :p
