Don't you just hate it when a seller advertises a game as brand new and sealed only to turn out that it wasn't? I won a Halo 3 limited edition for $20 from a seller who described it as brand new and sealed. Once it arrived, it was poorly packed, no cushioning at all. The wrapper had rips and the collector tin itself looked like it took a beating. Seller had high feedback btw. I like my games in near mint shape because I am a collector. You see many sellers that advertise games as brand new, but fail to disclose the flaws unless you ask them. Just because it is sealed doesn't mean that it is brand new. Then you have sellers that don't disclose what version of the game they are selling. Is it the black label or greatest hits version? If they don't want to answer many questions, then describe the games in detail, but there are sellers that do describe the item in detail.

If he tries to pull a fast one on you; just look at this:

  • Brand New - Item has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer’s sealing. Item must be in original shrink wrap.
  • Like New - Item still in shrink wrap or looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap, no wear and tear, all facets of product flawless and intact.

Brand new is a step up from "Like New" so it has to include all that stuff. Which means it must be flawless.

Telling you this is just in case he tries to pull something like "Well it doesn't matter what condition it's in because it hasn't been opened which is brand new".

I know you're probably smart enough to protect yourself, but I'm just putting out there because it can't hurt ya anyways.
