I *think* this is the right thread...
So this morning I was ordering quite a few games from EBGames.com and the total was up near $500. Being the good CAG that I am, I used the CAG16 code with my 10% card for a total 26% discount. For some reason the total discount looked wrong, and sure enough, with my handy calculator EBGames.com was off by a good amount (~$40 or $50).
I ended up dropping a lot of stuff and for whatever reason the problem resolved itself. I didn't think much of it but I decided to log on and view some of my previous transactions. Yep, sure enough EBGames owes me an additional $60 from a previous transaction as well. I just got off the phone with them and they are fixing it now.
This glitch seems to happen with high-Dollar transactions (I checked some small purchases as well and they all came out right). Seeing as how this happened to me twice within a couple of weeks, I figure it is some sort of bug and there are probably some other CAG's out there who might benefit from going over some prior transactions.
