Don't forget the 'handling' charges they apply as well... Even their "free" shipping includes a handling charge. No problem with them doing that but it is a little dishonest when advertising free shipping on certain items.
I've never had a problem when ordering from them, though. Shipping sometimes can be slower than comparable sites (forget backorders!) Even with the S&H charges, their prices sometimes are still lower. Epinions and other places have had a mixed bag of results, so I'd head over there with that in mind.
