Elder Scrolls Online Xbox One $39.99 Amazon!

This would have been great for the $48 guaranteed TIV for GameStop (ended today), but I bet still nice for the 50% TIV promo starting tomorrow.

Why not buy it from Best Buy? Its cheaper there with GCU and then you are supporting the store that created the sale, not just the store that matched it.
So if you don't have GCU, or a Bestbuy near you.... and maybe you have CREDIT on Amazon... You have Prime so you get it in 2 days with no extra cost, Bestbuy's free shipping takes 5+ days..

yeah, I see NO reason to go anywhere other than Bestbuy.

For me Gamestop is the *very* last resort. I will drive out of town to have someone else, anyone else, PM Gamestop...

Some may feel the same about Bestbuy.

If you don't have GCU, you should probably get it. Not having a best buy near you is irrelevant with free shipping. Can't compare free best buy shipping to prime. prime isn't free.

GCU *MUST* BE PURCHASED IN STORE. If NO Bestbuy near you...................... Can't buy online. Spend $50 in Gas to drive to nearest Bestbuy... *JUST* for the GCU card, or just order from Amazon.

Mr. Bestbuy employee, I have a choice to purchase my goods WHEREVER *I* choose. If I choose to avoid Bestbuy... I will.

I do buy from Bestbuy, they are just not my first choice. Yes GCU is worth it, as is Prime. Bestbuy's *free* shipping is UPS ground that takes forever, Prime free shipping is 2 day.

How long did that take to type and post on your dial up modem?

Main point of my post anyways, if you don't support the stores that create sales, then Amazon will have no one to match. Amazon rarely does sales on their own in the gaming space.

Yup the store that Amazon constantly matches. No Best Buy, no sales on games at Amazon. Yet again, give your money to the store that CREATED the sale otherwise you may end up with no sales eventually
You seem very business savvy. Now I know if Best Buy didn't exist I'd be paying MSRP on everything for the rest of my life.

Or I could just take advantage of Amazon Prime that I pay for, pay zero sales tax and never leave my home.

Best Buy is a horrible company. I've used them for other purchases outside of video games such as electronics and large appliances. Their delivery/installation is one of the most expensive of any store and the worst in terms of quality. I avoid Best Buy as much as possible.

Agreed

I bought a TV from Amazon they brought it up 3 stories, installed it and made sure it worked for free.

Bought a TV from best buy, they wanted to leave it outside my apartment complex for my pregnant wife to deal with, after convincing them to bring it up they just left it in my hallway.

Amazon TV was also a much cheaper purchase

To each their own I guess. Best buy is far from a horrible company. IMO Amazon is probably the worst major retailer. It's the only retailer I've ever seen consistently ban people for contacting customer service too much about their own mess ups.

I HAVE GCU..... 3 best buys near me.
Maybe you should re read my earlier posts... I stated reasons others may not be able to purchase, or choose to, shop at bestbuy.

And honestly, outside GCU bestbuy is worthless.

many horror stories with them, prior to me getting GCU I never bought anything from them.

I recently bought a new TV from Best Buy and they delivered it and brought it into my home where I wanted it and even offered to hook it up for me. They did this all for free as well, aside from hooking the TV up because I didn't want them to do that.

I couldn't say one company is better or worse than the other, but I know I have always had great experiences with Best Buy and Amazon as well, but Amazon I hate paying for shipping on things and while Prime isn't a bad deal it's too expensive for the amount of things I order from Amazon and the streaming service is so-so compared to Hulu and Netflix.
