My topic says it all. Just wondering if they are good and if there are any discount codes going around. Thanks for any help guys!

cool, good to know.

I hope I can find a code-- they've got some anime I really want.

I have spent thousands of dollars with them. They are extremely reliable, but there are no coupon codes available. Doesnt really matter to me though since they have amazing customer service.

Speaking from experience, I can tell you that eStarland has excellent customer service, and they are very reliable. I purchase the majority of my games from them and have never had a problem.

Sorry, I don't know of any coupon codes, though.

Yea they have great customer service. Stupid UPS accidently shipped my package to the wrong address and i emailed estarland about it. Even though it wasn't their problem since the address on the label was correct, they got in touch with UPS for me and told them what happened. I got Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 2 from them when it came out.

With the manga sale they have had going on lately I am extremely pleased with their service. Have had no issues with the shipping policies or anything else. Like a couple other posters have said I also look for a code for them but have never found one.

I think they had a big manga sale a while back, right? I bought a lot from that, although I was disappointed to end up paying $33 shipping to find they shoved it all loose into one box, with a scrap of bubble wrap tossed on the top. Many of the books came out of the box a bit scuffed on edges where they'd moved about, which was needless, so I was disappointed with that. But the books were otherwise cheap, and were undoubtably new when they went into the box, so I suppose they're OK. Just wish their packaging had been more careful.

Their lowest form of shipping is still great. I bought 12 manga last week (the sale is still going on) and it was only $8 in shipping. I got it in four days.

Estarland is a great site. I searched for coupons for them, and only through a limited offer did I find even ONE coupon. It's for one specific item brought by a seller who negotiated it with estarland, and it expired last year.

There aren't any promo codes for estarland. Most of their prices are more than reasonable, so they don't bother. ;)

I had a problem with them; they sent a game confirmed mail; I never got it.

I used their site to speak with them on-line, and they made me call long distance a number of times. Then they tried to resell the game to me at a 20% discount. I declined.

I took up the matter with the BBB, and so far three notices from them have gone unanswered. I found their customer service people to be rude, and unhelpful. but, It looks like i'm in the minority.

That might be due to someone stealing it, or the mailman not delivering it to the correct address. The package was probably confirmed as being delivered, and they think you're trying to get a free game.

Did you try taking it up with the post office?

The maillady probably put it in the wrong box. I live in an apartment with over 300 units. Mixed up mail is all too common. I spoke with the post office, but they were unhelpful. In the time it took to get through to Estarland, they forgot about the delivery. I can't really blame them, they deliver so much mail around here (Los Angeles).

I too had a problem with them. I ordered two of their Neo Fami NES clone systems a couple of months ago (for myself and a friend), and when a box finally arrived weeks later (I used the cheapest shipping method), it contained only one system while the packing slip clearly said two.

Well, I called them up about it, and they promised to get me another system out quickly. I got it about a week later, so I guess I'm satisfied with the end result.
