I was recently in the middle of a order with eStarland (I thought it might be a good alternative to EB/GS) in which items have become back ordered in the process, false shipping dates given (via e-mail with customer support) and its just been more of a hassle than its worth. Now I'm having trouble getting a non-store credit refund...
I hope that I am just experiencing an isolated incident/bad luck, but was curious to hear what other people's experience(s) have been using eStarland.com. Any stories?
