anyone heard of etroclub.com? When I googled "PSP" I got a top ad link for etronicl.com (or something like that) advertising PSP Core - $99.99 free shipping. I clicked on it and got redirected to etroclub.com. The banner said the company is BDC, and the whole thing looks terribly official. Except for the prices. They're unreal. I looked up the domain and it's sketchy, but the site looks seriously legit. Also, the links on the bottom to "Bizrate Excellence" and the like just go to the respective sites which don't have any info on the company. So I'm assuming it's a scam, but what do you all think? Anyone get their stuff or get duped yet?

It would be Christmas here if it was legit...

Any time that you see the Bizrate or Pricegrabber logos that don't go to a merchant's specific feedback site, be wary. Legit sites (like Gamefly) will have a link to their feedback page.

Going on Bizrate and Pricegrabber, searching for "BDC" and "etroclub" returns only one hit on Bizrate for bdchinese (which redirects to bdchinese.com, which returns a 503 error) and no hits on Pricegrabber for either of them.

It's a scam site.

EDIT: Looks like this isn't the first one. Googling for "BDC inc games" gives a link to a DVD talk forum

Their old site was etrofield.com and the layout on Google's cache looks awfully familiar.

scary how good the site looks. if it was real I'd take out a 2nd mortgage buy one of everything and never be seen again
