i made this topic because i want to buy some nes games from TomCloud9 but he want's me to send out first but he only has 4 feedback on this site so i made this topic so maybe he will see that i'm a great person so he can send out first
 
Why not dig through the feedback threads and look for your name?

If you're the one who wants someone else to see what accomplishments in trading you've done, wouldn't it make sense for you to find that info on your own and put it into a thread?

The non payment ebay feedbacks are the ones that made me want him to send first. I understand that he has good feedback here be he was the one who posted his ebay feedback in his sig.

Both of those are him trying to pay with personal checks when the seller doesn't accept them, that's more of a failure to read the payment method then being a nonpaying bidder.

Wanted 2 pay w/check, auction said no checks. NEVER paid NEVER contacted. BEWARE

I wouldn't send first but I would send at the same time. Only time I sent first is when I was brand new here.

This is why I didnt sent first if I said sent MO and he might send a personal check that might bounce? I didnt what to make a thread about this trade. Now everyone knows about his ebay problems. I would still like to trade but if he dont send Mo first he can make as many threads as he wants,( I am not shipping first.)

wait he's paying you?

I thought this was a trade, if its money for an item then he should always send first.

I'm sorry I just assumed that it was a trade since its common convention to pay first when you buy.

starmask2k3, if you want the games I will take a money order, PM me for final price. And after I get the money then I will ship the games asap with DC code. If you dont want to come to the terms then please dont start more theads about this. I have stated my concerns and I think the thread has answered any questions. Thank you for being interested in the games and I hope we can work this out.
