Its a good telling of the arthur tale. I would say blind buy, but you should know there is some graphic nudity in it..

Not every movie that was on HD-DVD looks the same when it goes to BD, though most times it's the same encode. Stardust is one example that isn't the same encode on the two formats.

Well I may just keep my DVD copy. I'm not going to upgrade to a blu-ray if there isn't much of a difference. Maybe I'll pre-order it for this price then when it is close to being released there will be more details.

Yeah, I own the HD-DVD and it isn't pretty. I doubt they can do a whole lot to clean it up though without a full restoration which is doubtful. I won't be picking up the BD.

I doubt it. Notice that Joshua Zyber is the reviewer of the HD-DVD and he has a horrible habit of letting his opinion bleed into other sections of his review.
