Exchange a game from the Best Buy B2G1?

I bought Brutal Legend and have not opened it. Will they let me exchange it for AC2 tomorrow? I know Toys R Us is kind of anal about that but what about Best Buy?
 
I was thinking the same thing. I bought Brutal Legend with Full Intention to play it, but I don't have time now and I really want to play MW2. I'll try it out tomorrow and see how it goes.
