Exchanging a game that i bought on Black Friday?

IntoTheVoid

CAGiversary!
Is it possible to exchange bf3 that i bought on black friday for $32 for batman arkham city? I bought it at best buy, and now the price for both has gone up to $50 bucks. The game is unopened and i just want to exchange the games but i'm thinking i'll have to pay more now for batman.

Should i try to exchange w/o receipt?

They will only refund you the $32 if that's what it says on the receipt. They aren't gonna give you a free $18 even if at one point B:AC was that low.

Exchanging w/o a receipt would be your best option if you can even do it. Otherwise, just sell it on craigslist. You can get $50 for it I'm sure.

using gift receipt you would only get back what you originally paid

exchange at walmart without reciept. They will let you do it. Do not say you bought it at best buy. Say you got this for birthday/christmas and got it twice just need to exchange it for another game. They should give you a gift card for the price of the old game. Buy the new game you want with it.

They will give you the lowest price it was sold at, so you like $28

I dont think best buy will let you return it without the reciept. If you return with reciept they will onlyh give you what you paid.

Walmart will scan the game and give you what the game is going for. Should be 59.96 for batman and ac should be the same price. That was a black friday deal i doubt that would apply.

they would give you the lowest price within X number of days, not the current price.

man with a little careful planning, I could've bought Batman: AC at BF for $28 and "exchanged" it for Skyrim, since that game got zero deals.

Cough cough. That's what I did. =]

can't have it till Christmas though. Walmart will take your licesense number and only let you have three no recipt returns in a 45 day period. If you are exchanging they will normally do it with no problems they get a little more worried when you want cash back.
