Dear CAGs,

Randomalec on twitter is giving away 1600 MS points. All you need to do is vote for his idea in the "Hey Windows Phone, I need this App!" competition (no registration whatsoever). It's an app called socialspot that will let you handle different web 2.0 portals like twitter and FB all at once on your Windows Phone 7.

Here is what you need to do to enter correctly:

1. Follow @RandomAlec on twitter

2. Go to http://www.brickfish.com/GoToPage.aspx?qsi=43716388

3. Click the "Vote For This Entry" button near the top of the page

4. Then use the Share This Entry - Add Link to Twitter button

Hello georox,

First off all, I vote for the app daily without taking part in the main giveaway and nobody is forcing you to add me in the tweet. I updated the post to make that clear. I thought that you guys might be a bit more appreciative about the fact, that I posted a giveaway, which doesn't need you to register with full address on a dubious website, that might sell your data for a profit or requires you to install spyware filled toolbars etc. I'm sorry, if me asking for a little help here in return offends you!

Regards,

neo-ravager

If you check RandomAlec's Twitter wall, it seems this is a REFERRAL contest. You may want to check up on this if you have already entered.

Referrals, or "asking back" tends to go in the.. I don't know.. referral section. Seeing you joined within a month, you can't post there.. which means you shouldn't be posting things involving referrals until then. Lot's of us post things we find without getting anything back, that's how it works here.

Again, I'm not forcing you to return the favor for a chance to win the 1600 MS points and mentioning me isn't reducing anyone's chances to win the 1600 MS points either, since it's a seperate contest alltogether! And I'm not just here on CAG to ask for something in return for everything I'll post here, for example "hxxp://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?p=7368240#post7368240" ! I entered that too and if I were that greedy I wouldn't share that here with my fellow CAGs.

This is the link to the 360junkies original post....

You will see that adding @neo-ravager to the end of your tweets doesn't just give neo-ravager another chance to win, but pretty much guarantees he will win because the rules state "Whoever has the most unique mentions will win the 1600 Microsoft Points".

So hey everybody, if you add my twitter handle @agentcoop007 to the end of your post, and I win the contest, I will give away a Peggle XBL game code to a random person who added my handle to your post :)

Joke!

To be clear you can enter randomalec's giveaway without mentioning me! It won't hurt your chances though, if you do mention me, since it enters me in a different and totally seperate contest for 1600 MS points. I don't lie about that fact in my original post. Right now I'm far behind the leading guy. This thread had almost 700 views and 9 people were nice enough to mention me with their entry tweets and you know what?! I'll be really happy to return the favor by giving away my MOH beta code, I specifically got in a pre-order hassle and saved for the 360 beta up until now. I have to say I gladly miss out on the beta just for the fact that those 9 guys prove that there are still people in the world who help you unconditionally!

@agentcoop I'm sorry, but I think it's pretty insincere of you posting here, trying to out me as a liar, which I'm not, when you keep all the giveaways for yourself just so the odds stay high enough for you. Even higher when you count in the fact that you use your wife's twitter account and gamertag to double your entries or bend the rules to be eligible again, when you're only allowed one win within 30 days see 360junkies! Everyone who reads my post can enter without mentioning me just out of spite or turn the gun on me & my efforts by utilizing their own twitter army to beat me in the race for randomalec's mention contest!

I'm looking forward to share the giveaways I find with my fellow CAG members in the future, even if that means that my chances to win myself are greatly reduced!

On that note here is a chance to win another 1600 MS points in the slimgamer.com giveaway!

Look, now you all made me register on this website just to clear things up.

What neo-ravager is doing is completely legal and I don't see why you guys would even give him heat when he's essentially offering a third thing to give away on top of my two own giveaways.

agentcoop007, you posting your own giveaway within this thread is indeed a little foul. On a positive note, you should just post your own thread so everyone can see it separately and you'll get the attention you want it to get.

To encourage everyone, please take full advantage of the giveaways I am offering just for simply clicking a link and voting on a website. No registration is required and it literally takes less than five seconds to vote.

Thank you for all the support and good luck!

Hello Alejandro,

Thank you really much! I hope this thread gives you a considerable bump, because, giveaways and all aside, I really love your idea for socialspot, especially when we all know that Dan12R's app idea and the features he proposes will be integrated by Microsoft themselves!

Kind regards,

neo-ravager
