How often do we give deductions/reject items?
We very rarely give deductions and/or reject items sent to us. Any item that receives a deduction or rejection has to be in an extremely horrid condition. Our quality requirements team is very lenient!

My video game box/case has stickers on it, will there be any deductions?
No

The label on my game cartridge is faded, will there be any deductions?
No, as long as the label is in tact there will be no deductions.

There are sharpie marks on my game cartridge, will there be a deduction?
No, as long as the label is in tact there will be no deductions.

There are defects with the case for my game (cracks, broken hinges, etc.). Will there be a deduction?
No, as long as the case can properly hold the game there will be no deductions.

I submitted a fairly large order, will the prepaid shipping supplies be adequate?

Yes, we send enough shipping supplies so that you may safely ship your entire order to us.

I forgot to include a game in my shipment, what happens?
We will simply deduct the price of the game from the quote total.

I included an extra game in my shipment but didn't quote it, what happens?
We will update your order and ensure that you are paid for any extra items included in your shipment!

As someone who used their service late last year i can say they are an awesome company to work with and a very good way to get a reasonable cash value for games, especially slightly older titles that most retail places will struggle to give even a few dollars of store credit for.
