Eye(camera) Trouble

Well it seems the price of the PS Eye continues to grow. Over 3 months after launch. I sold one on CL for 80 in December as I did not yet have a ps4. Now in Feb they are over 100 on ebay and amazon. Whats the deal? PS4's can be found for retail.(mines coming today!) Seems the camera was left out of the PS4 box due to more than just cost concerns. They didn't have any lol

For the price they're going for on eBay, I could sell mine and buy two at retail. Considering the little use I'm currently getting out of it, it is tempting..

I agree I want to sell mine but I don't want to miss out on something that might come up with Infamous or another game in the coming months that might be cool. Plus my son likes Playroom a lot so it is kind of hard to get rid of it.

Apparently they are just sold out everywhere and back ordered. Should be restocking next month from what I hear around here and GameStop.
