Fallout 3 Collectors Edition $59.99 - YMMV?

Not sure how widespread it is but the Circuit City located at the Janaf Shopping Center in Norfolk, VA had the Colectors Edition (Lunchbox) of Fallout 3 for All Platforms (PC/XBOX360/PS3) stickered priced for only $59.99.
They had at least 3 copies available for the consoles and quite a few for the PC.
BTW this location is not closing.
