You're not actually assuming that this is bundled with the pip boy right? If it's just the regular item, this has no chance of selling out and is not a deal. Nice try though op.
Edit: posted at the same time as the guy above with the image. I didn't know it came with the mini nuke thing. I agree it probably will sell out then. My bad :p

I think OP meant, you can bundle this with the Pipboy Edition and sell it on Ebay. Not sure what the point of that would be since I don't see this item as some kind of limited edition item. Still cool as a collectible though.

If it's not going to be very limited, why did it sell out within hours at full price on Bethesda's store - which I would wager gets MUCH less traffic that Best Buy ? Truth be told, I want some verification from Best Buy that it's the same as the store version.

But, something now occurs to me .... I will have a mini nuke to go with my mini zombie fridge this X-mas. YEAH! :cool:

 
If that thing is actually made out of metal, and not dressed up plastic, I'll be thrilled to pieces.

All those games for $40 is kinda great as it is.  The Nuke is some amazing icing.  I think I could use it as a holder for my phone while it charges.

Look on the bright side ... Fallout 1,2, and Tactics .... don't think you will need much PC horse power to play them .... LOL

Admittedly, I already own Fallout 1-3 and tactics on Steam and Vegas Ultimate on Xbox 360. I fully accept that I am spending 42 dollars for the disc covers and mini nuke. However, I have no self control when it comes to Fallout. The first Fallout game was what got me into PC RPG and there is no turning back.

It absolutely will if that's just a limited run packaging. The games on their own aren't worth nearly that (can get the whole set for like $10-15 during the right sales) but people will snatch that thing up.

 
Damn it, BB won't let me order one cause my credit card expires 12/15 and it's saying "We cannot accept credit cards that expire within 15 days of a pre-order shipment date. Please check your expiration date for accuracy or use a different credit card."

I'm 99% sure it will be plastic. The screws look painted on to me. I still bought one though.

I'm in the same boat as you, I own all of the games in the anthology plus a couple of CE copies of FNV and Fallout 3. I'll probably end up buying this too. Fallout has easily become my favorite series within the past decade so I dont feel as guilty spending a little extra on it.
 
Just got an email from Best Buy saying the pre-order release date has changed to Sept 29th 2015.

So yeah.. right around the corner.

Those games better not be Steam codes-only. I found half of those games in its original packaging at a yard sale once and have them running on my 8.1 setup.

 
I can't imagine them making this that limited... they know people will want it, especially since the Pipboy Edition sold out so fast. Especially if this is the only version of the Anthology.

I just hated on fucking glitchy it was, especially since the PS3 version was my only option. My PC at the time couldn't handle it and my 360 was dead. But I would never say it's bad game, easily one of the best of the last gen.

Went ahead and got one, thanks OP! Fallout 3 was the best Fallout game out of them all. It may have some glitches but it was by far the greatest.

Even New Vegas was better which was a pile of crap compared to FO 1 and 2.

You're insistent that we know your opinion on Fallout 3, and why I don't know, because we don't really care. I assume you'll have something to say on the next page as well about Fallout 3 being bad.

 
Ugh, I have no willpower when it comes to Fallout stuff. Ordered a copy, even though i already own all the games. >.<

 
Thanks OP. Just snagged one myself before the damn scalpers got to them first. On the website it also shows that gamestop and amazon and the usual suspects should also have it up soon. So if BB runs out don't worry, those other sites should have it.

Are all of these releases DRM free?  The Elder Scrolls was pretty nice with that with the exception of Skyrim.  

Also, doesn't it seem kind of like the screws are three dimensional?  The one on the left seems to protrude a little, maybe its my screen or I'm just delusional because I want it to be metal.

Screws are molded into the plastic, the best we can hope for is that it's a high quality plastic case. No chance it will be metal, it's a big case and would be at least $150+ for a metal case of that size.
 
Pre-Ordered.  Already have the originals, but I hope they have these optimized for Windows 7/8/10.  Getting it to run on 7 was a Fallout Adventure in and of itself.
