Regardless, $10.63/12.50 looks tempting. And it looks like it may be a Steam game since it has the disclaimer: "This product is not eligible for refunds. This title installs and requires a 3rd party client install to play" (although it doesn't specify which 3rd party client; or I'm just oblivious, haha). But since NV is also on the list of CD-Keys accepted on Steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7480-wusf-3601) makes me strongly believe it is Steam.

FO: New Vegas is a Steamworks game...wherever you buy it, it has to be run through Steam.

FYI, there's always tax on D2D for me...about $11.xx after tax for me.
