Usually I don't point out if you say something stupid but you do realize that all the games that were listed at the top are new right?
 
All of these games are BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED! All of them will come with manuals.

All of our USED product say the word USED in the Product description. Like, for instance, BioShock 2(USED).

I have ordered from them numerous times for the past 5 years, and have had nothing but great experiences. Even when it says manual is not included (used games), I have received the manual 90% of the time.

Ordered The Saboteur for $10 shipped this morning.
 
Awesome.... Too bad I can't spend my money. Anyways, I'm 100% behind Family Video. It's easily one of my favorite stores - I don't buy much from them, but they have some really great deals sometimes.
 
Always had good experiences with Family Video--it's about time they started having online sales again, especially free S&H.
