well it was my first time ordering from family video. i first heard of the site through CAG and decided to pre-order my SF4 collectors edition through them over 2 weeks ago. so i e-mailed yesterday asking about status and they said it was going to be backordered for another 4 weeks. they made no notice of any possible backorder, and just a little side note, they charge your card up front for pre-orders... so ill be stuck with this charge for another 4 weeks?? no thanks. needless to say i was pissed that i didn't preorder from amazon or buy.com or even gamestop!! and just paid the extra few bucks to get it on time. now its' almost impossible to find a collectors edition at good price, if at all. just had to rant about this, i know many of you guys are happy with family video but this is obviously the first and last time i will ever buy from them again.
