I finally got around to playing the PS3 version and finished it twice trying to complete the Spirit List but I ran into a glitch. It seems I completed the Spirit List but the spirit "Fallen Woman" will disappear from the list after I scroll through the list so it keeps me at 99%. I know I got this since it is on the list on a previous save.
Has anyone else run into this and if so is there anyway to get it to count?
