FFXI lost Playonline Disc

Hey everyone, I really need some help. I used to play Final Fantasy 11 and then I couldn't afford it for a while so I had to quit and what not, anyways I lost my disc's. Since then I have been able to find all of them and my instruction manual and what not but the only thing I wasn't able to find was the tetra master/ Playonline disc, and without this disc I can't sign back up for play online and without that I can't even ask the people there a question because to ask one it requires a playonline email address. So I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to to somehow get the playonline viewer thing on here so I could reinstall my game again.

I had it, but then traded it to this guy, he wanted a tradeback but never sent my ff11 back. I totally would have shipped it to you, but.. yea sorry.
