Finally found Ikaruga!

Found a copy at a local EBGames store for $25 or $22.50 after my EDGE card. Not a bad deal since I'm thoroughly enjoying the game.

One thing that annoyed me though is that they put a sticker on the manual! I removed it, but it left behind the sticky residue. Any of you guys have experience in removing stickers from paper? I would try Goo Gone but I'm sure that would just ruin the manual as well.

Assuming it's just sticky residue, and not paper left behind, I know how to get rid of it. Take a paper towel and put some goo gone on it. Make sure there isn't a lot, you just want it to leave behind a small coating. Then scrub, gently, the spot with another paper towel, do it quickly to ensure the moisture doesn't go past the glossy coating.

This will work if paper is left, you just have to get a little goo gone on it and pull the paper with you finger, then wipe it off. Need to do that a few times to clean it without damaging the manual.

I got mine from EB for $14.99 a while back and it had stickers EVERYWHERE! Yeah it sucks.
