So I was looking at my copy of "The Hidden" for my 3DS after playing it to dissapointed. Looked up Best Buys TIV and it was $4 or $8 with the 100% bonus. I then came across a cool store I never heard of anyway, Five below. Like a dollar store with a $5 limit and oodles of toys and gadgets. I found a section with PSP, DS, PS2 and Wii games and one 3DS game. Lots of lower end crap but I did see some Sly games which may have a higher value than $5 but anyway.

I came up with these games I found there that I was able to purchase, open and take to best buy to trade in for like a 100% profit.

Deca Sports Extreme (3DS) $8/ $16 with 100% bonus
Project Runway (Wii) $4/ $8 with 100% bonus
Naruto shippuden: clash of ninja revolution III (Wii) $4/$8 with 100%

So I spent $15 on these three, a shameful $20 many months ago on The Hidden and walked out of Best Buy with a $40 gift card!! A total complete profit!
Only thing that sucks is you can only trade the same game for the same system once per year.

I actual work at best buy. It's one as far as I've been taught and trained. I even took the test on trade ins and it said its one. They changed it from 3

I was just at my BB and the gaming department supervisor told the new 1 game limit as well as the 50 games per year rule.

Perhaps they're just rolling these new rules out and hasn't reached every store yet.

Is the 1 per game and 50 total per year written any where? Or is it a per store limit the store manager enforces for just that store?

I traded in 3 copies of DecaSports over the weekend at 2 different stores with no problems at all. My son took two in at the same time at the the same time I was trading in one before him and he had no issues.

Where does it say this on their web site or brochure for the GCU program?

This 5O limit rule is something that an employee makes up on the go. Just like the idiot employee last week who refused to allow anyone to play Halo 4 because the store would be fined 1Ok by Bungie [lol this idiot doesn't know! shh don't tell him who runs Halo now] for them allowing people to play halo early...
