Sonic the Hedgehog (Game Gear) cart+plastic case, no box/instructions- $5

Sega CD 2-pack of 'Sega Classics Arcade Collection' and 'Ecco the Dolphin', complete as far as I can tell- $3

Final Fantasy 2 (SNES), cart only- $15

Zenosaga chapt. 1 (PS2, complete)- $12

La Pucelle Tactics (PS2), complete, slight rip in the paper cover- $13

I think I did OK...

You might have found Xenosaga at your local TRU, the ones I visited were selling them (non-green tag) for $3.48 or thereabouts. Of course, as with all TRU deals, this was YMMV.

A little pricey as well on the Sonic GG cart, IMO.

But the other buys range from market value to pretty decent.

In other words: you didn't score, but you weren't boned either.

I don't buy anything I don't intend to keep and play- it's more a question of when I will find time to play it!

The best part was talking to my boyfriend later about it. His brother loves the Nippon Ichi games, but hasn't had time to get La Pucelle Tactics yet. I figured maybe he could borrow it until he gets his own copy, so I called my BF about it... (note that about a week earlier I'd passed on a Xenosaga at EB so said brother could buy it- I had no memory card space at the time.)

"Hey, do you guys have La Pucelle yet?"
"No, why?"
"Cuz I got a copy for 13 dollars today, a-"
"Hang on! *long pause* OK, he says he'l ltake it."
"I'm not selling, I just wanted to know if he wanted to borrow it for awhile."
"Oh." (At this point I hear mumbling, then an evil cackle, then more mumbling, the only word of which I understand is 'Xenosaga')
"I bought that too."
"She says she bought that too." (And now I hear a loud 'dammit!' from the background.)

I wonder what they thought they were planning... :D
