FM Transmitters

I use this one. It's alright, all the reviews say it's terrible, but I haven't had the problems with transmission many of them have. I put it on the passenger seat when I drive and it comes through just fine. Sometimes the menu can be a little wonky, i.e. it takes multiple button presses to register sometimes (though I never have to press the buttons, I just use one station), or when you plug it in sometimes it'll jump to a different station than the one you had selected when you last removed it. However, I just read in the reviews the trick about getting it to function in international mode. I just changed mine and I will give it a try and let you know if the performance is any better. Who knows, it may kick ass now!

One thing I will say (that may actually be useful to you) is that if you use these portable ones that plug directly into the bottom of the ipod, if you have one of the big plastic snap-on cases on your ipod, these usually won't fit, as the metal plug cannot reach far enough to actually plug in. Just fyi.

EDIT: I tried it in International mode, the transmission was pretty good. I'd recommend it.
