Follow AmazonVideo @ Twitter, get $10 TV VOD credit

Honestly, I don't know. It said it would show up in 48 hours, but how they track it is a mystery to me. Perhaps it accesses your email via Twitter and finds it in their database and dumps the credit in your Amazon account. We'll see.

It's a code that they will DM to you via Twitter. You then redeem it on your Amazon account. It's probably limited to 1 per account.

I've tried Amazon VOD and it works great on my TV via my TIVO Series 2. :)

Sweet I been wanting to watch taht Parenthood show but missed the first episode. I don't watch shows where I miss episodes so this credit should be enough to buy the entire season since it says its only 7.99
The DM part was what confused me - is that some Twitter messaging thing?
Yes it's a "Direct Message" so it's like they e-mail you but thru your twitter acct. No one else will be able to see it so it's not like a "Mention."

Twitter is weird and I only have one to signup for promo like these. I wonder if the codes are stackable or if it's a one time use..? I could get my wife to sign up too and get 20$

Awesome, thanks for pointing that out. I'll definitely be using my credit for the entire S1. Never seen the show, but it sounds like it's worth the time.

Sweet got the code and it let me purchase the whole season of Parenthood for 7.99. was afraid the promo would only let me purchase individual episodes.

Got two Alfred Hitchcock presents season 1 episodes with the two that was left since they are stand alone episodes that I don't have to watch the rest of the series for.

I haven't received mine yet, how do I send a Direct Message to AmazonVideo? (Composing a direct message only gives a dropdown box of those who have sent me a DM previously).

UPDATE: I general-tweeted @amazonvideo about no code, they tweeted back saying they tried to send me a code but I'm no longer following them so they couldn't DM me.

I am currently following them, so I went ahead and un/re-followed them to see if that helps. Is there some setting on Twitter that's blocking/preventing DM access to/for me? I looked through the settings options, and everything is open.
