Thats a different Arc the Lad Manimal. He's selling the Arc the lad collection by working designs for the PS1 not the now mega cheap Arc the Lad for the PS2
 
bad thing is there in no real way to really know if the ARC is brand new sealed since all that is holding the box closed is a piece of tape.

It comes with a double jewel case in the box, which if sealed, has a standard security sticker and shrinkwrap. Mine is still sealed, but its not for sale.

$50 is the going rate, seems pretty fair.
