I used to drink it, then after a week or two, it began to taste terrible, I dunno why. It tasted good at first though

I've been drinking the equate slim fast with a power bar for breakfast, about 400 cal and 30g protein total + vitamins.. Runs about 2 bucks.

However, ive been getting the "rhea" from the slim fast... i wonder if Ensure will do the same.

Ensure is like a liquid energy bar (best served cold). I, too, used to drink it for awhile to gain weight during training (along with creatine).

I drink Ensure everynight for the past 6 months, I haven't gain any weight but have maintain my weight. I would recommend Ensure Plus because it has more protein.
