They are now saying please allow up to 14 days over the est shipping time they told you this weekend... Almost 90% of the orders will not even attempt to be shipped out till Thursday or friday even if you choose the fastest shipping

.. they will try their best to get the items to you before xmas but they have no control over shipping

all of my DVDS i picked up for 9.99 was to be delivered dec 2 to 8 now all of the dvds show SPECIAL ORDER Ships out in 14 to 21 days ..and have est deliver DEC 29 to JAN 8 2010 WTF

total BS ... and what is more then that they said since it moved into the shipping process items can NOT BE CANCEL...
 
Well, at least you will still be getting yours. The PS3 bundle I ordered is not even showing up under my account, it just disappeared! I shot an email off to support so hopefully they can explain/fix it for me :(
 
I placed an order on bestbuy.com first thing Thursday morning and chose their free shipping option. I got it in the mail today which is pretty impressive. It was just 2 $15 video games too, nothing big. I hope everyone else's luck with them turns out ok.
 
my order (I am Legend Collectors) is back-ordered to who knows when. I shot them an email yesterday afternoon, still haven't heard back. Everyone time I try and call, I get different options, or cut off. Just been trying to see if I can figure out a date it'll ship, wanted to use it for a Christmas present

I loved when i called up today and there is a recording while on hold saying if they miss the deliver date you will get a 10 or 20 buck gift card... After on hold for 35 mins i go when is my delivery date

They go hopefully you will get your items around dec 14...

so i go if i dont have them by then i get the gift cards

the worker goes no.. we can not promiss when you get your items.... WTF is about the gift cards if they miss the delivery dates....

I cant figure out why they are pushing the 99 cent deal right now when they dont even have this weekends crap shipped out

can you say TOYS R US nightmare all over again (but at least then they gave everyone i think 100 buck gift cards, doubt best buy will ever do that)
 
I dunno about my order. BB gave me a shipping label that links to a site that says they have no info and the BB sight says the order is complete, but nothing else...?

I ordered a PS3 bundle on Friday morning and it was delivered to my house on Monday.

I've got Amazon Prime, though...not sure if they prioritize those orders.
 
I ordered Fallout 3 as soon as it went on sale for $19.99, and I received an email today saying it shipped this morning. I ordered Dragon Age: Origins a day later, and haven't heard anything about that yet. At least I'll have time to enjoy fallout 3 before Dragon Age comes in.

I don't think Best Buy cares about Amazon Prime...
 
Has anyone been able to get through to Best Buy though? I just tried calling again, and get the whole placed on hold thing. But then after a bit the music stops, and the guy isn't talking anymore, it's just dead silence. Am I still on hold?

For people that bought friday or later from BB.com, were you guys able to get your bing cash back? i still haven't gotten an email. i ordered on friday (ps3) @ 10% and sunday @ whatever %.

I haven't gotten mine to show up yet, but I initiated a support request to have them investigate. You'll find the link to do it inside your bing cashback account. Can't hurt to make sure you get that credit and you'll need to send them a picture or PDF of your BestBuy receipt from you account. Don't use the order summary use the "Print Receipt" function from inside your BestBuy account so it has all the info they need to verify the order. I did blackout the last 4 of my CC # just for safety.
 
I ordered exactly one week ago, and I believe my order was just now sent out today. Its only a state away, so hopefully I get my stuff either tomorrow or Friday.

Well, I guess my order WASN'T shipped out yesterday. USPS was just notified that it SHOULD ship out sometime soon. So, its been eight days and my stuff still has yet to ship. I can't get any kind of answers out of BB either. I've emailed them twice now and get nothing in response.

Everyone who got your orders, especially those who ordered stuff on like Friday and got it on Tuesday, consider yourselves very lucky.

Has anyone who had their PS3 bundle put on backorder, have you had your bundle shipped out yet? I haven't heard anything on when they are supposed to get them shipped out and I'm needing mine before Xmas.
