Is this game that rare/sought after? I just saw it at my local GAmestop for $25 used and passed up but I remember hearing it was a little hard to find.

its definetly hard to find, it sold poorly, i dont think its THAT sought after, it used to pull in $40-ish off ebay no clue what it gets now.

Pulls 25-30 on average from eBay. Prices are before the inevitable shipping gouge ass, of course.
