Ford Racing 2 or Corvette ???

BABETOOTH

CAGiversary!
I am aware these are not 2 of the best racing games out there but if you had to choose between them, which one do you think is the better game? They are so cheap I might just buy one of them. Please advise!!! Thanx :)
dude, spend the extra 10 and pick up hot pursuit 2 or midnight club 2.
I have to agree. If there's any genre a game can be made absolutely horribly for, it's racing. That, and I can vouch for Midnight Club 2.

I wonder how many times i banged my head against the wall because of Midnight Club 2's difficulty. I just gave up on that game, but i might resume it later in the summer if im in the mood.

should only be 15$ and some change after codes saver and pplay15
Thanks for the Link "punqsux" and thanks all for your replies. My buddy at work has Midnite Club II (ps2)and although he's only played it about 5 times (new game) he loves it.
I know what I'm saying is of little help, because I haven't played either.. but if I had to choose between two cars, I'd go Ford.
See, that's exactly my problem. I love Mustangs but I also like those old Corvettes!!!

Of the two, I suppose you might chose the ford game just for the wider selection of cars, as far as i can tell Corvette is just a few vintage and newer 'vettes while Ford has more models and styles of cars... logically.

But yeah, My friends kept telling me how ridiculous MC2's difficult was but at the same time raving about Hot Pursuit 2 so I picked that up for 15 at CC this week.

Corvette isn't online on XBL or PS2. Ford Racing 2 is online on XBL, but only with scoreboards - no actual online racing.

I had gotten NFS:HP2 for $16 and change as soon as it went Greatest Hits, and it's a much better and deeper game than Corvette or Ford. From the reviews I've read, Ford gets the job done but is pretty boring, and Corvette feels like Need for Speed but that you have to seriously love Corvettes to choose that game over a real Need for Speed game.

NFS:HP2 is an amazing game on the PS2, highly recommend owning that. As for as Midnight Club 2, it also a very fun game if you like arcade racing because once you find some sweet shortcuts, you will be catching massive air. The difficulty is too high and certainly a turnoff, but for those who do not mind using codes there is a nice code I use that allows you to adjust the difficulty to different levels. Makes for a MUCH better game IMO.
