Fossil Asteroids Watch

I was thinking about getting a nice watch and had my eye on one of the fossil retro game watches. I'm mostly interested in the asteroids version and was wondering if anyone knew how well it is animated . And of course if there are any good online or instore deals on one.

If anyone has a suggestion for a better fossil i.e. the centipede or break out is better please let me know. Or if there any other watch you can vouche for being pretty cool i'm all ears.

I got the watch in an atlantic city outlet for 30 bucks when on vacation in Jersey last year.

It's more of a novelty thing than anything else (I don't really wear it). It plays the same 10-15 second animation over and over. For the most part the asteroid ship goes back and forth in half circles and occasionally shots and destroys an asteroid before it gets destroyed itself.

It's a bit difficult to tell time since it only has ticks on the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o clock positions.

On a side note, I wish fossil still made the Chinese Big Tics with the seconds in the background. Mine's about six years old now and it's really beat up but man, I do love that watch.

EDIT:

After looking on ebay, the fossil asteroids one they have is different from mine. Their's has a square dial while mine is circular. I'm not sure what else is different about those

Wow you got a pretty good deal , if they are the same model, i'm pretty sure there were about 5000 made. Still not sure if I will get one , I may just buy a regular cheap watch. Thanks for the input appreciate it.
