I can confirm this as of this morning. I picked up the PS3 version. Its YMMV of course. If your looking to pick this up soon Its a decent shooter. If you choose to wait 6 months for another drop..Go for it.

I returned a $59.99 copy of it to get $39.99 one. worked out nicely since it was the LAST day of Best Buys 30 day return policy and a price change.. :bouncy:

EDIT..Looks Universal...changed overnight...

It's getting closer to my buy-it point, as the demo was OK without being anything too amazing. $30 and under, it'll be worth a look.

Agreed. Although I'm holding out for at least $20 if not lower as I think this game will continue to drop like a rock due to the fact that no one's talking about it in the sea of new AAA games it's foating in.
 
I'm surprised this game hasn't dropped sooner and even more. I played the demo and it felt like the most generic third-person shooter I've ever played. There's nothing inherently bad about that but for that reason alone, I don't think it would be worth any more than $20.
 
I was considering getting this at the TRU B2G1F sale, but I figured it would get cheap fast and I wouldn't need to. Too bad Hell's Highway turned out to be the game that did that, especially since it's the better game. But yeah, $40 still a bit too much for this, and with my massive backlog I can wait until it's down to $20 or less.
