The thor/freya spokane store had been pretty cleaned out but there was a new sign with 20% off all clearance games. Not sure if its for this store or all the stores but it was one of the regular orange signs not something they just made up.

I saw a new bunch of clearance games dated February '09 in a couple of FM stores. I can only recall a few like MOH: Airborne 360, Arcade unplugged, and a bunch of Wii games.
 
Went to a few Fred Meyer's in Everett, Mill Creek and Snohomish. They all had this sale. I picked up two copies of Dark Sector for 360 for $4.97 and with the 20% off it was about $4 each
