Free Admission to SoCal Knott's Berry Farm with a $10 Toy December 15-16 2007

Knott's Berry Farm is doing a promotion with Toys for Tots this year. You can get free admission if you bring a $10 to their main gate this weekend (Sat the 15th and Sun the 16th). I did this several years ago and surprisingly the park was pretty empty (possibly due to the cold weather). I heard about it on the radio and spontaneously decided to go there with some friends after work. We got there around 7pm, handed the toys to the Salvation Army soldiers, received the tickets and went inside. Lee Ann Rhimes was on stage singing when we got inside hehe. It was well worth the price of admission for Ghost Rider alone. Also, it's a great place for young ones b/c they have Camp Snoopy, Snoopy on Ice and the Christmas decorations throughout the park (Christmas Crafts Village & Christmas Parade too).

ps. According to weather.com, it'll be around 42 to 44 degrees at night this weekend in Socal. Dress for cold weather!
